Nukes[lock request]

I have a question about the nukes ~ I've been hearing alot of people saying something with the 3rd book nuke and the last one haveing like 300% and 330%damage(Fire) ? Is it possible to use all (#) books of nukes? ( I just said fire from what i heard, but im only useing Light and maybe Cold nukes.) I've tried useing the search button so dont spam saying search button

if you mean
like
use the 1st book nuke, then 2nd nuke book, then 3rd nuke book then yeah you can do that

You can go
Fire/light/ice and use all Chinese nukes.
Or light/ice/weapon and then you can only use the lightning and ice nukes.
