I have now a full int lvl 68 s/s
Iam gonna put all stats points to str from now on to 80..

Then iam gonna dlvl bicheon and lvl up heuksal..

Here is my problem:
Skills!!

iam gonna aim for around mag 85%

So..

The one thing i know for sure is
heuksal 80 and later 90

then iam lost lol..
i have heard so many diff stories and i really dont know..

So i would be very happy if someone just could say
what typ of armor i should use and skill tree i should lvl..
And plz give me some reasons why to and iam going for 90 cap not 80

and i suggest going hybrid 1:7 which is 30 str into your character.

this build would put out deadly damage and great protection agisnt str and int players.

i suggest wearing garment agisnt nukers.

Fanning Spear- 1st book and 3rd book
Heuskal Spear series- For the last book of the series (Dull)
Soul Departs Spear Series- Good damage and Stun
Ghost Spear Attack Series- Strongest 1 hit damage
Chain Spear Attack Series- (Optional)
Flying Dragon Spear Series- Long range attack
Passive- Extra Hp

Ice:
Frost Guard Series- Phy defense
Frost Wall Series- (Optional)
Snow Storm Series- (Optional)
Snow Shield Series- (Mandatory)Very useful because of your lack of hp
Passive- Extra Defense

Lightning:
Imbue- Stronger than ice imbue
Piercing Force Series- Needed due to the magical damage increase
Wind Walk Series- (Optional)I would get it or else your slow
Lion Shout Series- (Optional) Depends on your style of play, my opinion of this is that its useful.
Concentration: Parry Ratio Increase (Useful)
Thunderbolt Force Series- Your main nukes (Strongest potential nukes at cap 120)
Heaven Force Series- {Passive, useful for extra parry ratio increase)

Fire:
Fire Shield Series- (Optional to 30)
Flame Body Series- Optional because your not pure str, causing most of your phy attack damage to come from your imbue.
Fire Protection Series- (Optional because it is very little mag defense increase)
Fire Wall series- 1st book
Flame Wave Series- Useless because your fire is 30
Conbustion- Lvl 1 of both (Optional)
Passive- To lvl 3

This is my opinion of 90 cap for a pure int/ int hybrid because they require snow shield and Piercing Force Series. With ice at 30 it would be very easy for a pure str to take you down. With lightning at 30, you lose out on a lot of potential magical attack power. Fire 30, you lose out on nukes however it seems at higher caps lightning nuke will due more potential damage.

As for gear I would go with garments or protector, its up to you. However since your hybrid I recomend garments so it would be easier for snow shield. Either one would work.

Edit: Anything I didn't put an optional one you should definitely get, as for the optionals, well they are self explanatory.

that is wrong I THINK i know there is anther site that tells which nuke does more damage but i forgot XD

you may be right tho i not to sure

light nukes actually do go a bit higher damage than fire, but also does it go lower

what it has is a wider range of damage, and therefore the weakness of lightning. That it can be inconsistent sometimes throwing a 10k nuke out, then follow with a 7k one. Fire is more constant and so is the imbue, great to have at cap 80 that your 4th mastery could stay at 60 (in my case cold) and have a well balanced build.

but the time has come and they force chinese builds to drop the 4th mastery to 30, and dooming us to choose, (imho droping ice to 30 is a big mistake.)

so for cap 90, i think i will follow with garment and ice 90, but i have a ton of fire deleveling to do : S
