Just a quick question, I've searched a good bit trying to find it, but no turn ups, so here it goes. I was wondering if body blessing/mental blessing stays after you switch from cleric rod to staff (or w/e weapon).
Also, i plan on getting: -holy word -recovery division -body blessing/mental blessing -bless spell -reverse (dunno if that's what it's called, but it's the basic res skill) -healing cycle/orbit
Are there any other skills i should consider getting? (with cleric as a sub)
Thanks

Body/Mental Blessing does not stay on YOU when you switch from your Rod. If you use the Blessings on others and switch they do though.

Dam...how'd i miss that?
w/e thanks for the info, sorry for the stupid post.
also, if it's not too much trouble-can someone explain the benefits of lighting bolt/chain lightning? It seems to me that earth aoe + ice aoe would be enough (plus the fire aoe at 60, meteor i think).

There is no benefit. Those skills are the Weakest skills of the entire Wizard line. Maybe below 20 they would be good but definitely not useful other than that, might as well just not get them TBH. Ice and Earth AoE's are enough for AoE damage. Meteor has such a small range that you probably won't hit AoE with it, ever.
