I'm looking to buy all 3rd tier 5th deg, and 1st-3rd tier 6d garment for male, regardless of whether it has blues, plusses or even if it's good.

Also, for those of you that don't know, each degree has 3 tiers. I'll use weapons as an example, but it applies to all gear in that degree. For 5d, 1st tier would be the starting weapon that you can get from the NPC, lvl 32. The next can only be dropped by monsters or found in player shops, and looks the same, but has a higher lvl req (35 in this case). Finally, 3rd tier is the last and highest of any other similar item in that degree. They're the one's that just preceed the items of the next degree. Following the example, a 4rd tier 5th degree weapon is lvl 38. The specific levels are different for different pieces of gear, but the idea is the same. Each tier also has a different name from the previous one.
