C10 implies there already is a connection open on that IP address and TCP port. It's usually caused by a computer or NAT router not properly closing the connection after a game crash or by trying to connect from 2 computers behind a bad NAT router. In the first situation you can reboot your computer and your router to see if that helps, and if it does not file a bug report with JoyMax with your character name and the server, describing the problem, and ask them to disconnect you.

That have may to do with your internet provider. You are maybe connected to the internet over an proxy(-server) and some guys are connected to silkroad online about the same proxy. That means that there are more guys with the same IP logged in into silkroad.
Should you play maybe in a big dormitory where you can use their internet connection, like it is often in germany, then you can have the same problem, cuz there are maybe some guys who play then with the same IP like you. I dont know how many different people can play at the same time with the same IP, but i guess its around 4 players. If you have a provider who make you to use a proxy, then you can only disconnect and reconnect to the internet, till you don't get that c10 error. That did it for me, as i used a mobile internet connection with my PC, but it can sometimes took a little bit time till you have a other IP. Just visit all the time: http://www.whatismyip.com/ Then you will see if you have another IP.

Well, this is what i know about the C10 error, but i don't know if any other shit can produce that error.

Some member of my union posted that @ the union site, hope it helps
