Post subject: Blurry Interface.

Hi, I'm New Here

Not sure if this is normal or not but i dont think it is.

No matter what level of detail my settings are my UI is blurred, the graphics are fine for PC, NPC, ETC its just the UI that is unreadable.

Any suggestions would be helpful thanks.
