When ever i log in screen flashes black several times.. and when i get to the character select screen it's darker than usual and the background of it doesn't move. So when ever i click on create character or cancle or anywhere on the screen it freezes up and the whole screen goes black... And trust me.. it stays that way.. I really love this game and want to play.. please help.

Where u able to play this game before?
Is this the 1st time ur trying to install and play?

One more thing, go to START > RUN > open space type in dxdiag > hit enter.
Save.
