When i lower my skill with that potion of curse heart, why doesnt my mastery go down? Better asked, how do i get my mastery level lower?

By using the same hearts. Just hit the arrow next to your mastery lvl. But you can only delvl your mastery if you don't have skills at that lvl, so if you have lvl 60 mastery, your skills must be max 59.
