hello i collect summer world 3 times
and each time i go to the lady and she say : i see u collect summer i will give u present
when i end the conversation, i get nothing, exp still same, golds still same
3 times same, anybody can tell me whats the problem please?

Make sure your inventory isn't full, are you sure you have all 6 letters ?

then end of conversation and nothing happen

Most of the times you receive something that you probably already have in your inventory like return scrolls, grains and other stuff like that. Next time keep your inventory open when you talk to the lady and keep an eye on the first empty slot in there.
