Need help with logo

Is there anyone that can rescale this two logos for me.
I am not good with picture editing.
Its for guild/union logo

Wich one do you like the most?
I like the green/black better, but dont konw how its going to look like when scaled.

I don't like either of them because they remind me of a certain bot guild on my server...
