a while ago when euro first came out i made a wizard to about lvl 65 or so, gapping randomly in between. . . I was a wiz bard and had serious issues at 64+

I plan to start a wiz again sometime soon, going wiz bard then switching to wiz warlock once im finished lvling to cap and have enough sp etc. . .(basically for pvp) Ill probably do this on the next server that comes out. . .

I plan on doing this by hand, so no power levelling or power farming etc. . .

also since I live in a different time zone than most folks and have an odd schedule im probably goin to solo( hence the bard secondary till im finished...for moving march and noise)

im probably gonan need a shitload of sp like 4-500k

soo. . .How do I do it? where do I do it? Ive been looking for a guide eto this on thie fourm like the other int guides where you get the bow and start owning archers at the bandit den. . .

where can I do this for euro as a wizzard??

I guess you can survive at Nachals if you're high enough. All the other mobs in the caves are physical based, while having a fast spawnrate.

Try the bandit den...buy a 3d sos staff and just 1 hit them with normal attacks, it's a lot faster than chinese bow farming. It also uses no pots :)

Beware of giants though. I myself have not tested this, but Timekeeper did this for 100k sp on Venus.

Dude... That will be painfull as hell, just go gap 0 until lvl 64 with a wizzard, leveling only the usefull skills.
Than go back and pfarm your new char at ongs, none will be there farming you will have the best ong spots for you, and you will be able to do it WAY faster than farming your main char at bandite den, nachals etc... and you will be able to make a good ammount of gold selling plvl there.

But if you really want to make one char and keep him all the way, farm at karras-snipers-nachals-mages, the other cave monsters spawn to fast and will hit you way to much, nearly impossible to survive with low lvl stuff + skills.

These are the easiest places to farm, but be warned you will die like a crazy bitch w/o cleric as sub.

hmm. . .how do you powerfarm your own character? I thoguht you cant multiclient on this game?. . .I tried running guy sros once on my comp a long time ago. . .and it failed.

the getting an sos staff and going to bandits idea sounds nice dying probably wouldnt matter that much since id be farming anyway...

i could probably 9 gap it to when I ned to go to bandits and + and blue the robe, reg weapon and save up money to find an sos staff to +3

I think it would be faster than going to 64 then p-farming another character. . .or would it?

so pretty much just o gap till karas then 9 gap till im finished with mages right? I was actualyl starting to do that before I left to japan. . .karas and snipers arent bad at all (I was bard sub so noise+moving march=EASY soloing. . .like TOO EASY) just as long as I kept my firesbolt up to par, theyd be 1 shot and if I wanted to go higher just life control for the snipers. . .they didnt one hit me, and they missed a lot anyway. . .

do you mean by powerfarm (which im not looking to as really an option for me. . .) or by regular farming. . .

and if by regular farming. . when(what lvl) do I start opening up the gap for those mobs

that sounds really awesome. . .just stick a penny (or in my case a one yen piece) in the ctrl button and click away.

Ok so I have a few options here.

Option number one is to go to bandit den. . .I pretty much understand that

Option two is Farming at crabs. . .which would me I can 0 gap untill lvl 14 and then open a gap to 9 by the time I get to crabs (lvl 23)

Then I could either just 9 gap it till crabs turn green, then zero gap it to nine levels before karras, then to snipers, then to nachals, then to mages. . .then once mages turn green, I should be really good. . .is that right?

Option 3 would be to combine both one and two, opening up the gap at lvl 7, 9 gapping it till the den mobs go green. and doing the same thing throguht the rest of the farming mobs

Option 4 would be just 0 gapping it to lvl 81 then gapping and farming from there.

Im thinking of option one and two., or maybe if I just wnan lvl really fast just go with four. . .

Any comments and/or advice anyone could add with that?

I grinded all the way to 81 in parties, euro parties.

So i farmed at 80 cap on generals, at lvl 69 with 9 gap (similar to ong powerlvl but im actually partying and helping etc)

Farmed 120k but got bored, it's easy though, 10k/3h easy

Powerfarming at Ongs would of course be the best choice. But I remembered a friend of mine, farmed quite the sum of SP (forgot the amount and time used, but I remembered it was way faster than what I had in mind) just by having a 5 gap at lv75. Of course, that was back in the 80 cap. I personally farmed 0 gap at lv80 back then, using premium plus and SP tickets, not forgetting the fruit quest. Not the best way out there, unless you're the same as I am, absolutely despise gapping. So, I suggest you keep your skills at lv80 and grind with just leveling masteries, therefore keeping a 0 gap up to lv85 then open a 5 gap for farming. Your damage will actually bedecent, at least more than what I had in mind on what should a 5 gap have. Until then, I suggest you use premium plus and SP tickets to 0 gap your way to get there as soon as possible, at least that's what I did and it worked somehow. Needless to say, get yourself the best gears you can have, high + staff, INTs on gears and those kinda stuff. By the way, I suggested 5 gap because I personally think 9 gap is too extreme for Europeans, not too much contribution when you're 9 gapping while grinding on mobs 10/11 levels above you. Also, your outdated gears will tend to make you fragile and therefore more work for healers/warriors, which I'd like to avoid.

If i were you i'd buy pre+ and sp ticket for sp boost and try to find parties that are looking for bard  and if i had to solo then... i'll stay @ magical attacking mobs such as aduna ladon-simos ladon, seirenes-seiren etc. (i especially prefer nachals&ishades for high spawn rate and low hp) and if you have to delvl then do it till you gain enough sp. I hope i helped cya :)

im playing on csro trying to do this, atm im lvl 10 and grinding at lvl 6-7 mobs to get gear at my mastery lvl (7) so that I wont get owned wearing lvl 1 gear. . .

how did I get a 3d sos staff? no one is selling them since there no one in const...

btw i have a question.. are you really sure that you want to go all the way w/ a wizard char? coz'm you might regret it later on you know.. so please try to think it through if you really want to be a wizard.. :D

huh?? I did say that I have played a semi high lvl wizz before (lvl 68) I just ran into sp probs. . .I had to leave the country so i obviously cant play that char anymore (living in Japan) but I want to start again, this time without sp problems. . . I love wizards, especially in pvp ( like fortess wars and thieving. . .not so much 1v1. . .but then again I was never much a sro 1 v 1 kind of person. . .that was kind boring)

so yes I want to be a wizard-.-
