Daggers crit?

Ok, I know that in a chinese blade a crit 10+ is good. But i got a pair of SOS +3 lvl 24 daggers that i just noticed its crit was 22 (85%) is that really good? or does Euro crit differ from chinese?

Anything with Crit: xx (70%+) is nice IMO.

Dagger crits way higher than bladers. So 22 that's really good.
