 Post subject: Guild emblem creation

How did you guys make your guild emblems, im having real trouble taking an image and shrinking it to the size without it looking blured and ugly. Can some one give me step by step? thanks

If you really want your own though, try using something like irfanview to resize, manually with paint makes it look shitty.
