 Post subject: why am i unable to post in the exposed botters forum?

well i had no problem and i dont care about botter, but this guy pissed me off, so i wish to report him, but i cant post in there, so anyone know why i cant post in the forum?

1.Don't underestimate Ice Wall and Fire Wall series.
2.Every build has at least one weak point, observe it and counter it.
3.Your build has at least one weak point, recognize it and minimize it.

well.. if hes not a member of SRF it doesnt matter. SRF dont ban people in game just on the forum. But it would be great if SRF had that powers to ban in game :)
