Which way clears murder with the least SP lost?

Mobs death
Player death
Death in town
(is there any difference in the ratio of exp/sp lost?)

how much SP do you lose? or is it not worth deleveling this way?

Ouch, don't de-lvl with murder status, just get killed by mobs, and have a friend res you.
