whats pk2 edit? and how does it work?

alot of people on SRF are talking about this..and i dont know what the hell is it..please explain..how does it work? do you download the program? if yes...where?

what it is is you can change what the basic SRO options to whatever you like, it works as you changing codes in the media.pk2 or something file in sro folder and it changes sro.. its a hex editor..

basic guide..
