Pacific Time is 15 hours behind Korean time (which is the same as Silkroad Standard Time). Take the event times and subtract 15 and you will have the time the event is for you.

yea and if it goes into the negatives than you take it away from 24.
so like 1:00 silkroad time. you subtract 15 which is -14. so 14 away from 24 and it is 10:00. understand?

but you have to realize that england, this is perfect time, and england is like in the middle of the play groups
i personallly dont see why we should base it on time at all, why not have mobs all the time?
