You can get over 1mil sp, thats been confirmed. I've never seen anything beyond 2mil sp, so thats the limit of my response to your question.

Probably 9,999,9999. But idk you might be able to look it up in the .pk2 files.

Well they can only fit so many digits in that tiny box. There must be a limit, but unless you are psyhotic who in their right mind would try going to a skill point cap anyways? oO
