I bought 200 silk in two times, first 100 then again 100.
Now i still don't have it after two months...
But the money is reduced/written of my bank :s
I've made several topics on the Official forum and made even 3 bug reports but no replies.
I'm freakin' pissed and angry.
(I WANT TO SUE THEM )
Give me your advice please.

you can't sue because it's international, try small claims court and if they don't show, you win.

You should be able to dispute it with your bank, and they will eventually get you in touch with Joymax or get your money back.

College Professor gave some advice:
"If you can pay with a credit card, do, because the company (i.e. visa or mastercard) will contact the company and take them to court if necessary to get your money back."
They may even give you the money before they finish negotiations

OKay, I'm hoping you have a credit card attached to this, or a card issued through a bank. If so, here's what you do: call up the bank/CC company and dispute the charges. Tell them what's going on, and they'll usually talk to JoyMax to get it resolved. However, with what I've been reading of issues purchasing silk, you may be screwed if they do a chargeback to refund your money.
Now, if you used a different method to try and get silk, you may be out of luck, and out of $20 USD.
Do not try to take them to court yourself, however. It's just pointless on your own. Let your bank or CC company deal with that.

I believe thats Carmen Electra.. And that joke fails.
Why did you wait 4 months to complain to us? Why not right after you didn't get it =P. AFAIK small claims court doesnt deal with disputes against corporations.

lol, he's not talking regarding his gilry avatar, he's talking about the other guy who has Mario Lopez as the avatar pic, You catch them in the air right, so the joke didn't fail at all.

because, i first posted it on the official forum and they said , you will get the silk as soon as possible i waited and waited , and made another topic and they said it again and then , i was searching for another sro forum because the official sux tbh, i am only 2 weeks on this 1 or something, so thats the main reason.
