Lol I know how you feel. Grinding is the word someone made up for training hard, or power-leveling. GT means gold ticket, the ticket that increases your gained xp by 100%. Orange mobs are any monsters that have their name typed in orange. They are I think 1-2 lvls higher than you.

Mob just refers to monsters in general.
