I know its because its health is lower than 30%

But does it have any effects ?

Such as ; dmg reduction, def reduction, atk speed reduction ???

Yeah, kind off all those things. And someone ones told me the reduce will be permanent. Can't imagine that to be true...

no. Just feed it, unsummon and summon it again. I heard someone said that the stats went back to normal

Indeed, just unsummon and summon again.

I also have this every once in a while. It's health is below 30%, my wolf levels, so the hunger goes to 100% again. Still the stats remain the same. Do an unsummon/summon and everything's fine again.
