On the SRO website they show screenshots in the silk buyers user guide. Step 3 shows the "My Information" window options of the in game item mall as "Buy Silk" "Gift Silk" "Exchance coupon."

My specific question is about Gift Silk. What is it? How does it work?

It doesn't work at the moment ,how it's well it's like those pre-cashed cards with silk only you give the silk directly i guess

What are the pre-cashed cards? Sorry I'm still pretty new to this game...

They are cards with silk but you buy them in the real world can be used one time only ,the place where they are buyed are mostly like singapore and such so isn't easy to get one :roll:
