Since the level cap is at 70, is the highest u can get ur mastery to lvl 70 too?
Also, if it is, if they change the level cap will the mastery cap change too?

yes the mastery cap is 70 as well, when they change the cap the mastery cap will change to wutever lvl that is, but no new skills will be added as far as i noe (even in ksro)

the amt of mastery lvls u can have remains at 300 as well

And for us, the highest mastery lvl is 70, unless you can't increase one of the books to that, then 69 (Highest lvl for one of the last books). But I'll also guess you can increase a book to 70. So 70.
