Just a question.. I Know its noobish as hell but i just recently got back into SRO and could only remember the password to my lvl 80 bower.

He has noobish stuff (some 9d prot no blues) and a noobish bow (+0 no blues 8crit 0% phy)

SOOO the question is... Where should i train? right now im fighting wing tribe thingys and kill the normal ones in 2 shots.... and they're a mix of silver and orange to me.

I know i should be fighting green mobs.. but with the gear i have... still takes 2 shots to kill them.

Should i get better equip then fight green mobs? (niya gens\hunters\mages)

or stick to wing tribes even if i get better equip?

Q2. is devil spirit worth it? my friend was apparently playing when i quit and got a devil spirit B that is currently inactive... says that it gives 10% hp and mp increase.... doesn't seem like its worth it for $5 to revive it.. what do you guys think?

If you 2hit the mobs then you're doing fine. Having a devil spirit helps alot, I do think it's 15% hp/mp and not 10%. At lvl 100 you will get like 4k hp extra from it. Also it has a dmg/speed bonus for 10mins every half hour (10mins usage, 20min cooldown)
