No you can't.

You can only use:
Premium (Silver/Gold/Plus) with a sp ticket (Silver/Gold) or
Exp ticket (regular 4 week one Silver/Gold) with a sp ticket (Silver/Gold)

Over 4 years now (since like May 2006) or even March since I joined srf after I joined sro haha.
