Abandon Quests

Could someone tell me how I could abandon quests. I ended up with the one of delivering letter...and of course I have to complete it or cancel it in order to use my return scroll or teleport. Could someone direct me on how I can get rid of this quest? Thanks

Press 'Q'. Then find the quest in the list. Then click on the scroll icon to the right of the quest. You'll see a description of the quest, and at the very bottom, there is an abandon quest icon.
