This is what I were referring to in the first two sentences of my last reply. You're basically claiming that I'm wrong somehow and also that ratios cannot be changed into per cents.

I put the model thingy there as an example to show that it's harder to use a correct ratio without changing it into per cents.

OR
for every 5 int you add, you add 1 str point
1st option if they want to know the total amount of str/int with that build
2nd option if they want to know what to do in game to achieve that build
For calculating the stat points you simply multiply 297 with 0,167 to get the str or 0,833 to get the int which isn't any harder than other methods.
As a last question I'd like to ask:
Why is it so hard to accept that we both are right except for the part I quoted?
