what's better "lvl 32 staff +3" or "lvl 35 staff"?

or they are the same

The magical damage will be same if they have the same white % increase. But the lvl 35 staff will have a higher magical reinforcement.

basicly what he sais, the 35 one will have a higher mag reinf, and also a bit higher mag atack (for some reason).
Just compare the numbers of the mag attack and mag reinf to know which one is better ^^
(also, the 35 is easier to get to +3 then it is to get the 32 to +6 eh ^^)
