1- What is the deference between TAXI and PLVL or they both the same?
2- What is the benefits of Exp and Item free for all parties? I totally confused, and what about auto reform and invite?

taxi and powerlevel are the same thing

1. Both mean the same.
2. Exp and item free-for-all (used to be exp/item distribution, but meh) means that whoever kills a monster, gets all the exp and drops from it. Also, if you are in a full (4/4) exp free-for-all party, you get 10% more exp from all monsters.

This is a bot's function, where the bot will accept any party request.
Auto Invite means that it will invite everyone close to the party.
