what is the best build in pvp?

Lol there's no such thing as a best pvp build.
It's all about what you like and what build is best for ur playing style.
If u like to have massive HP, be close to ur opponent, great stun & having a chance to knockback, go glavie
If u like to stay as far as possible from ur opponent, have less stun but far more chance to inflict knockback & do massive crits, go bow

At 100 cap the bow has an advantage over the glaive and that is back to back kb.

But in the end it all comes down to if you and/or your opponent has devil spirit/prem+ and the stats of your gear/wep etc.
