I want to ban inactive academy members, but when i click Banish, a conformation window pops out and it says "If you ban an Apprentice, you will receive ban penalty, still ban?" What is the penalty imposed?

The penalty is that you cannot recruit for 24 hours

it means u cant recrut new members -39 and 40+ Players
