Paypal is functional... and I don't see what that has to do with ban lists. ONLY Joymax know the reasons behind the stop in bot bans.

If they ban 1000 players using premium plus then they loss $30.000( A MONTH !!! )

I think their tactic is to more or less just scare bot users who buy premium. They just can't afford to ban all bot users

Actually they would just make 30k less then last month and not losing anything since a prem is optional.
