Okey I know this skill heals you, but I dont understand how...
It says the following: Continouos hours 300sec Surrounding range Radius 25.0m (Simultaneous attack 1) Weapon magical attack 105% Reflect hp 445 recovery
Case 1: So does this skill heal me when I hit something with my staff? Lets say: My lvl 40 wizard hits a bunwhang for 3.000 Than this skill will recover 445hp for me (if I am hit)
OR Case 2: does this skill heal me when I get a magical attack against me? Lets say: My lvl 70 wizard gets hit by a Nachal for 1.000 Than this skill will recover 445hp for me?
In which case will this skill heal me? Case 1 or Case 2?

Case 2. It's a heal over time spell. If you're in a party, then the person with the lowest HP gets healed first, then in 5 seconds someone else, etc.

So it will just provide me hp over time... like 445hp every second?

It auto hits every 3 (or 5 as pr0klobster says ?) seconds the player with the lowest HP in the party. If you cast it on yourself out of a party it's a very nice substitute for the pot delay.

Get it, will save you loads of vigors & pots.
When my hp is low(about 1~2k) I usually use my vigors, but I had times when RD healed my hp already, so no need for vigors ^^

Remember to factor in the weapon reflect value when calculating the HP healed. If you have 5000 HP and you get hit for 2000, Recovery Division will heal you 445 HP plus the amount on your weapon multiplied by 1.05 (hence the 105% reflect in the description). If your theoretical weapon has exactly 1000 magic attack, then Recovery Division heals you 445 + 1020 = 1465 HP total. A cool thing about RD is that if you get hit for less than the total HP it can heal, it sometimes heals you so fast that you can't see your HP go down. The skill itself works every 3 - 5 seconds (for some reason it's different intervals sometimes) on only one person, so if you have a huge party then it's probably not practical to use it. RD attracts crazy aggro. In an exp party, Warrior/Clerics can use it to effectively draw waves upon waves of mobs because it is like a big, shiny aphrodisiac on your head that sexually attracts monsters to come rape you.

[Translation: Surprise, buttsecks!] >:3 You: NUUUU Get away from me! ;_; The mobs have their way with you while you lay helplessly on the ground. The warriors are having their coffee break so no one's gonna save you. You cry yourself to sleep that night. -The end

It heals everyone in a party every 5 seconds. The maical attack reflect part is let's say your cleric rod is 1,000-1,000 mat atk pwr (Not possible but it's just an example). Then the RD skill says it heals 445. So this means it'll heal 1,450 HP every 5 seconds.

It's simultaneous attack 1, so only one target.

One at a time every 5 seconds So yes, if you're in a party and RD is on, you have 15k and get hit for 10k but a split second before that, someone else with 10k gets hit for 6k - he will get healed first.
