Hi everyone!

Ive been trying to figure out how much SP thats needed for a lvl 90 Wizard/Cleric.

Ive been looking at this guide and tried to see how much SP thats needed:
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=78571

And Ive checked Nivlam and Bobtheveg, and this is what I got:
http://bobtheveg.dyndns.org/sroprofile/?profile=5827

But since my Chinese Pure INT nuker requires 762,598 SP to be fully farmed, I thought it would be more than 578,372 SP for Wizard/Cleric.

Maybe the guide doesnt use all the needed skills?

Thanks guys!

Well, you can take some skills or leave them, it's your choice.

Also, chinese race needs more sp to be farmed I think

Maybe they skip useless skills.

Dont mean they are really useless but the writer of the guide don't think the skills will be that important!

Yeah, but I would really like som explenation of the skills. The writer say that they are not necessary. But it would be nice to know what they do before you decide if you should take them or not :(

I checked the Lightning, because he has a lot of "only take this skills if your gonna max out lightning". And only the necessary lightning skills to lvl 90 cost around 100K SP.

It depend a lot of what you want to do with your build. If you just want cleric to support yourself and don't intend to start clericking a party you can skipp lots of stuff, only the few skills that remain on you after you switched from cleric staff to wizard staff are important (bless, recovery division) and a skill to heal yourself when you loose too much XP. If you want to go as wizard and as cleric in a party you have to add the different buffs, ress etc to your build what burdens your SP amount.

Same for the wizard build, you can take all the skills or just the skills that help you soloing or in a party, so basically spells like fire and cold nuke when you solo, and the strongest AOE attacks in a party. You can skip the traps, invisibility and other stuff. If you want to be very good in your job you will need those traps, invisibility, detect and other stuff like that.

But if you look at my Bobtheveg profile, what do you think? Should I add some skills? Or remove? I mainly want to be Wizard in party, dealing good damage. But also be able to heal and ress people with Cleric.

I can't see your profile, sorry.

For the wizzard skills:

Always level up the first row of skills, the passive ones.

For soloing, use fire bolt and ice bolt (at level 60 you receive a new spell that gives more damage) in combination with life control. Try to stay a bit away from your target. For mobs around your level and with life control on, one shot is normally enough to kill a monster, champion killing isn't a problem either. Keep your zerk ready for when a giant pops up to run away and avoid too close parties so that you don't have to fight party mobs. You will level up nicely as wizzard without being killed too often.

For good wizzarding in a party you need:
- Life control, use it in a party when you have the warrior buff, there is absolutely no excuse for not using it. If you don't have warrior buff and the cleric is poor you can play without life control on.
- In a party, wait till the warrior arrives with his taunted mobs, already click on one of the party mobs that he is dragging to the party and as soon as the mobs are in range start with the area damage nukes, earth shock and snow wind.
- While both AOE attacks are reloading switch to fire bolt and ice bolt to finish mobs.
- Keep an eye on the mobs popping up around the party, don't focus too much on that one party giant that everyone hits but attack mobs popping up first. Parties are more often killed by all the lower mobs hitting them than by the party giant everyone is attacking.
- Cast earth barrier as protection for the party.

If you want to cleric in a party you will need lots of skills from the cleric range, ress, bless, the buffs, recovery division, individual healing and so on. The only ones that you don't really need are the attacking skills of the cleric. The wizzard/active party cleric is a very SP demanding build that requires a lot of farming.

You can take a couple of cleric spells to help yourself when you solo and help a party.
- First of all the ressurection skill to ress a cleric when he's killed
- Very important is the bless skill, you can use it for yourself when you solo but it's especially handy in parties because with 4 bless casting players you can have that great protection running constantly in the party.
- For yourself go for recovery division, it remains on you when you switch from cleric to wizzard and gives a constantly HP regeneration. It can be recast when it's running out.
- Take also one or two spells like healing cycle or healing division for the case that the cleric was killed and you have to resurrect him and keep the party alive till the cleric is operational again. When the party cleric is killed I normally cast the bless spell first (if it isn't running already), cast healing cycle to have all the red bars close to the max, ress the killed cleric and healing cycle again. It's normally enough to keep the party alive and well till the cleric takes the command over again.
- The starting cleric spells are individual healing spells, later you receive group healing spells. Don't max the individual spells once that you have the group healing ones to save a bit on the SP.

Good luck with your build.

As soon as you hit the lv20, get the curst heart quest and collect loads of potions while you level up.
Just play around with the skills a bit, check them out and which you dont like you can delevel..
