I really need help with this.

The question is, Whhat lvl should i start to farm and what gap should have. and when to stop the cap or shorten it.

It's all down to what you prefer to be honest. I'm a pure INT spear also. Most people will tell you to sp farm at lvl 16 in the bandit den with a 9gap and a good SoS +* bow. Seeing as you are pure int, you should have no trouble at all getting one hit kills on bandit archers.

However, this didn't cut it for me. I was sick of deleveling every 3 days because at 16 you level really quickly. This seemed to make SP Farming take forever. So I've decided to do most of my SP Farming at lvl 42 with a 9 gap. For a Pure INT Nuker it's easy, you can farm on Sungsungs or Sosungsuns on euro side and I make about 320sp per hour without any tickets.

I would suggest you get enough sp at lvl 16 to max your masteries out at lvl 33, then level up to 33 with a 0 gap. After that, level up to 42 ONLY levelling up your masteries to create a 0 gap, then when you hit 42, take it down to a 9 gap and your highest mastery should be at lvl 33. Farm as much as you need to max you out at level 64 then take advantage of the Nachal room which was made for us Int SP farmers =P

Right now I'm doing that, except I'm going to do ALL my sp farming at 42 because my equipment is so good that I can one hit maongs. Btw you're going to need a lot more than 416k or w/e because when the 90 cap comes you'll need atleast 600k for this build.

One note - I would make my main imbue lightning instead of fire as featured in Lockstar's guide. If you look down the bottom where it says 'preperation for 90 cap' you will see that he's levelled down fire to 30 - would cost a lot of gold. So instead of levelling it up then back down, by the time you hit 80 the 90 cap will be introduced, just level up lightning as your main imbue and forget about fire after lvl 30.
