Does the current client actually have 10d items and skills? Also if not, can I download the csro client and change the media.pk2 from there, or is it only working with the ksro media.pk2?

No, the current client does not have 10d. We can tell this without looking in the pk2 files by observing that lvl 90+ Hunter NPC spawns still wear 9d. Illusion and other transforming abilities still appear as 9d.
CSRO does have 10d, as well as KSRO. You may retrieve 10d from those pk2 files.

i always wanted to test 10d but it seems too much to edit and import those pk2 files or w/e..
