Chinese To Europa Character's !!

Hello People and hello silkroad,

I'am a new player in Silkroad online Europa ( Not Chinese ),
and i want to ask you people and silkroad admin's, CAN I CHANGE MY CHINESE CHARACTER TO EUROPA CHARACTER AND HOW ??!
Or maybe can i do it with ``Character Skin Change Scroll`` '-' !?

No you cant. And when you play silkroad, you are playing the game with euro's and chinese

I just think Europa character's are toooo bad, i mean when a monster lvl 35 and iam 38 just if he hit me he took very much hp from me !!
