 Post subject: [pk2] Question about isro vs ksro

Hi there. I've been playing around with Silkroad Pk2 editing, and finding out it's pretty simple, once you get the hang of it. Problem is I'd like my gear to look like D9 or better, so I found a way to get the KSRO Data.pk2, media.pk2 and particle.pk2. This means I suddenly had the files up til Degree 12 - or so the data.pk2 said.

I played around with it and succesfully turned my d5 into d9 no sweat. Now for the problem.

As soon as I teleport to Hotan, while using the KSRO data.pk2, my client crashes. Every time. I backed up the original ISRO data.pk2 of course and restored it.. But is there any way to add the degree 9 files without crashing my client when I go to Hotan?
A theory of mine is that the NPC scripts in data.pk2 (are there any?) would mess up the international sro version. But is there any way to add these 9th degree items, without Farking up hotan?

i never knew u had to get particle and media copied... Van, cin, crumpets, cruor , add to this.

You don't.. Media.pk2 didn't work for Isro, was too small for some reason. (You'd wonder since Ksro is, well bigger)
Particle is pretty much just to get some new effects, though I havn't noticed yet.

I also tried adding the degree 9 items from the data.pk2 from ksro to the isro data file, but that just crashes the game at login. using the ksro data.pk2 only and ONLY crashes isro in Hotan.. And I can't figure out why.

maybe its cuz Hotan in Ksro has more npcs?

I'm not sure, but it's not important anymore anyways.. I found out how to use up to 10d items in ISRO even though they are not in the files.
10d dual axe and 2h sword look sweet O_o
