PK2 problem an error i have a picture

when i done pk2 moding i get this error:

i change garment 3 to 8, 4 to 9
i change weapons shield 4 to 9 and sword 4 to 9
ichange extreeme fire force to soul fire force
what can i do when i log in i get this error plz help
