Basically i have a lvl 24 SOS blade +1 and str2 int2, i'm thinking of using a weapon elixir (and a lucky powder lvl 4), but i'm not going to if i might lose it all together, or lose SOS status, or have to use 3 weapon elixirs just to get to +2 and no blues.

1) it can...but the change is very small and you'll loose it
2) they are big fat liars IMO dont know tho but it would be odd why a +3 on SoS never would fail.
3) they can change...they cant disappear tho only get increased/decreased or remain the same. (this is only if a alchemy tab is used, this wont happen if you use an elixer)
