Quick question about beginner premium

So if i buy a beginner premium package can i activate the premium on a lvl 5 character then log on my lvl 41 and have premium? idc about the other items then the premmy

I think it needs to be activated at lvl 39 or below but the premium will stay for the full 28 days no matter how many times you lvl up. I don't know if it's even possible to store it though.

I'm pretty sure you can't switch it between characters, even if they're on the same account. So if you used the Prem on your lvl 5, it would be on there for the whole month.
