I am currently level 28 Warrior/Rogue on Titan. I have some questions:
Q1: Is the item that we use to increase the speed goes when we die?? Or does it complete until the time??

Q2:What do you think is the price for Elixir Protector??

Q3:Do i lvl the Dagger???

If you mean speed scrolls, yes, they run until their time runs out. You keep them when you die.

Q2:What do you think is the price for Elixir Protector??
Depends on the server. 300-400k gold.
Q3:Do i lvl the Dagger???
I'd recommend to do so, if you want to pvp later on. It will deal a lot of damage in high level PVP and allows for some nifty combos.

Q2:What would be the price of a 500 HP increase scroll??? (On Titan)
for 30 minutes???

A1: Essentially the same thing, but I think Holy Word has a greater effect.
A2: Can't help you here, but I see no reason for you to be wasting money on 30 min HP increase scrolls. You should be 1/2 shotting mobs with xbow so they shouldn't touch you.
