You bought npc gear till lvl 72 ??
Get a 72 bow even a +3 will be better than a 64 +5.
I like protector more but garm works too.

Ya lol, I got NPC gear >.<
I never really thought about buying Garment/Protector from players, but now I'm higher lvl I need it much more.
What do you guys prefer and think is better for a Pure Str Bow?

Garment or Protector?

Depends on your build. If you are 100 pach 100 cold 100 fire then you can choose between pro and garm. If you are 100 pach 20 cold 80 light 100 fire or 100 fire 100 force pro would be the better choise IMO.

My build is 100 Pach - 100 Fire - 80 Light - 20 Cold.
So It's better to buy Protector with INT,STR Blues? Any Other Blue that you recommed to have?

All blues are important. But str and int are basic.
Wouldn't worry much about parry ratio at lvl72. Try to get parry at lvl76+.
On your head, chest and legs you can add HP and MP inc. And if you don't like to go to town every hour dura inc. would be a good idea.

It's really easy to add blues. Collect alchemy material from mobs. Defuse them with void rondo's from the grocery shop. Get the right amount of elements needed to fuse a stone (you can read the amount of elements needed for each kind of stone on the tablet).
Then use the stone on the item and hope that it worked :P
For example:
You want to add HP on your chest (8D). First you need a stamina tablet 8D. There you see what type of elements you need and howmuch. Once you get those elements open the alchemy window (Y) on material processing. Put the tablet first and then the elements. Press fuse and you got yourself a stamina stone 8D.
Then go to att. enhance put the 8D chest and then the 8D stamina stone press fuse and then you will see if the stone worked.

BUT: if you are trying to put blues on an item make sure that you put the blue "steady" on it first. There is a chance that your item will become dura invalid if you do not habe steady on your item.
Also if you created the stone you will see a % (5, 10, 20, 30%) it could be that something will go wrong if you try to use the stone on the item. It can change another stat better or most of the time worse.

Or you can just buy the item already pimped :)

HP = stamina, str = str tablet same for int.
You can make steady stones with tablets. Steady is also a blue like str and int.

Ok, I thnk I understand what you mean.
But the downside of alchemy is, that it has chance to fail and then I lose money :(
I will first look for some nice Protector with blues instead of garment now.
Shall I do it now or wait till lvl 80? (bc then I will start doing some jobs etc. and PvP)

Looking for a 76-81 set wouldn't be a bad idea :)
And maybe start collecting elements.
