I have a question, first i want to say im not the biggest fan of alchemy. But when i buy stones, and it says assimilation % there is like 10% 20% or 30% What does each % do? Better % = better stone? Please explain this to me. Thank you.

Each stone will have an assimilation percentage. I have read it's between 5%-30%.
Basically it means that when you use the stone, there is X% chance that it will affect another stat then what the stone is for.
Example:
Ruby stone of challenge Affect the crit of the weapon 20% assimilation
if you use it, whether it fails or succeeds on changing the crit, there is a 20% change that it will affect another stat.
So let's say you succeed. The crit goes from 10-12. If the assimilation kicks in and it "randomly" changes the magical reinforce of the weapon. It could be for the better or the worse. No telling. It could make the magical reinforce go up or down. It's just assimilation.
Typically the lower the % on the stone the better as the chance of another random stat being changed it less.
