what's the difference between wizard and warlock?

wizard and warlock in europe.

and what weapons and armour do they use?

Wizard = best damage dealer in the game. Most squishy char as well. It wears robe or LA.

Warlock = The debuffer and damage of timer of the game. More durable then wiz but no where near the damage. Wears robe or LA.

Wizard uses a 2 handed staff. Warlock uses a warlock rod (it's like a dark staff or something now i think) + shield.
