All wrong.

You dont get your money back and you dont get your account banned. Not for long anyway.
After you chargeback your account will be banned, Paypal will 'investigate' and after a while they will conclude the case in Joymax's favour and your account will be unbanned.

Joymax now have tracking on Silk and changed their ToS so it's impossible to get a chargeback to go through in your favour.
