why people do free plvl at ongs for 1-13 lvls?

i see this a lot at the party matching system :banghead:

Lower lvl characters decrease the average level of the whole party.
If the powerleveler is 70+ u have to join lots of these ppl to get the lvl under the mobs lvl, which is 33.

Because, when the average level of the party members is under the level of the party monster, you get double XP and SP for a party monster.

When theres a jewel box event, ull see ALOT of free ong partys, cuz with a bigger party, the mobs drop more boxes.

Lol...Ofcourse no one will plvl some random nubs for free -_-' I'm really generous but even I'm not gonna waste money and time on that. But when ever I'm plvling my own char people can join for free...
