What does steady and immortal do? I'm not sure if i should add it to my protectors or not... Is it worth it? What does it do?

Immortal prevents an item from breaking.

Steady prevents the item from losing max durability.

Just to elaborate on that:

Immortal prevents the Item breaking while using elixirs during alchemy. The higher the + you get on an item the bigger the chance the item will break and become un-useable.
