Of leveling up your job like thief,hunter,tradeer what do you get for leveling it up?

For traders you can take more goods. Thieves and hunters gain better damage against their opponents.

Yes, I guess they will sooner or later JM will add new job items for higher levels. The NPC spawns already have some.
