Why have some players in silkrioad yellow writing ?

Like topic says i see often yellow writing in the all chat and i am wonder how could i do this ?

Yellow writing is a Global Chat that goes out to everyone in the server. You buy them with silk from the item mall.

When i first started SRO, i was always wondering how people did it. I thought maybe after you hit 80, you would be able to write in yellow. I was about lvl 40 until i found out, when i got a Global Chat drop from a Monster Scroll
